We have recently teamed up with myKB.com to provide and run our knowledge base. The purpose here is to support the kbAlertz.com domain. If you have questions, please feel free to search our KB using the search on this page.
Please understand the difference between our knowledge base, and our service with the Microsoft Knowledge Base. Our knowledge base is used to support our kbAlertz.com application, Our service is to provide e-mail Alertz to you, when Microsoft updates the technologies that you subscribe to. Please do not submit questions to us about Microsoft Technologies. We are, however, very interested in hearing your feedback. Please use the Feedback link on the left to submit feedback, or the "Submit a Question" link on the bottom to ask us about kbAlertz.com
If you would like to navigate our knowledge base on your own, there are two options:
- Browse the category tree on the left and select the desired category to view the sub-categories and articles that it contains. To open an article simply click on its title.
- Search all Knowledge Base articles by typing your search criteria in the text box above and pressing the "Search" button.
