INFO: No Knowledge Base Summary Found
Date Last Modified: Friday, March 12, 2004

Occasionally you'll find an article on kbAlertz.com, through a search on kbAlertz.com or, Google, or a partner site, that results in the message "No Knowledge Base Summary Found".

Why is this happening?

Well, as you know kbAlertz.com is only showing you content that is found on the Microsoft Support Knowledge Base. Once in a while, Microsoft retracts an article. When this happens, and we've already scanned the Title and Summary, these titles and summaries show up in our searches.

When we try to display the article, it's our intention to always display the most up-to-date information. Therefore our policy is to get a new copy of the article, every 72 hours. When Microsoft retracts an article, we will retract the article as well.
