Log in to kbAlertz.com with your current e-mail address and password. (You can login from the home page or there is a link up on the top menu). When you have successfully logged in, you'll see a new set of menus on the top left corner. One of the options under "Account Info" is a link to "Change E-mail Address".

Click this link, and you'll be given a very simple screen, with only one text box on it. Type in your new e-mail address. Click the "Change" button, and this will be your new e-mail address. You will now need to use this e-mail address to log into your account.

If you forgot your password, there is a "Forgot Password" link also. Use this, and your password will be e-mailed to you.

If you no longer have access to the e-mail account, we need to help you personally. It's very easy. E-mail me at Support@kbAlertz.com and put "Change E-mail" in the subject. I have an outlook rule that puts this message in a special place. Your e-mail needs to have 3 things. 1) Original E-mail. 2) Current Password. 3) New E-mail.

I'll e-mail you back, to the new address of course, that your e-mail address has been changed.
